(The $59 is refundable (minus a 3.5% processing fee) as long as you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you don't cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, the $59 becomes non-refundable, but you will still be able to schedule another appointment for a different day and time with a new $59 deposit.)
